Frequently asked

How do I report a tip or sighting?+−
If you see Tyler or his truck right now, call 911.
Otherwise, call the tip line at 317-882-9191 (Greenwood Police Department), or submit a tip — anonymously if you prefer — at https://www.silverliningofhope.com/anonymous-tips. Submitted tips are sent to the detective assigned to Tyler's case.
Please don't post tips only on social media — they can take days to reach searchers that way.
How do we know it was Tyler driving his truck?+−
It has been confirmed that Tyler was at the Circle K in Waverly on June 15. He is on video there, alone. He pumped approximately $60 in fuel and sat in his truck for about 20 minutes before leaving.
Have detectives checked the FLOCK camera at ___?+−
Almost certainly yes. When detectives enter a license plate into the FLOCK system, it searches the entire database of cameras at once — they do NOT have to contact each police department individually for footage. Every camera hit on Tyler's plate is already part of the timeline.
How do I join the volunteer Slack group?+−
Fill out the volunteer application at https://www.silverliningofhope.com/volunteer — you'll automatically receive a link to join the volunteers' Slack group, where day-to-day search coordination happens.
How can I donate or send supplies?+−
Silver Lining of Hope, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizing this search — all donations are tax-deductible.
Most-needed items (new or lightly used): boots (sizes vary), binoculars, snake gaiters, flashlights & headlamps, hi-vis safety vests, and backpacks.
